14-Day Return Policy

Return Conditions:

  1. Timeframe: You have 14 calendar days from the date of delivery to return an item for a refund, exchange, or store credit.

  2. Condition: The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in the original packaging.

  3. Proof of Purchase: To be eligible for a return, you must provide proof of purchase, such as a receipt or order confirmation.

  4. Restocking Fee: Items returned not in resellable condition are subject to a 25% restocking fee.

Non-Returnable Items:

  1. Customized or personalized items.
  2. Items that have been damaged or altered after delivery.
  3. Clearance or sale items (unless they are damaged or defective upon arrival).

Return Process:

  1. Contact Us: Before returning any item, please contact us at returns@oysterwood.com to initiate the return process. Please provide your order number and reason for the return.

  2. Approval and Shipping Information: Once your return is approved, return shipping information will be provided to you along with further instructions on how to proceed.

  3. Packaging: Carefully package the item(s) to be returned, ensuring they are well-protected during transit.

  4. Shipping: You will be responsible for paying the shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

  5. Refund/Exchange/Store Credit: Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund, exchange, or store credit. If approved, refunds will be processed to the original method of payment within a reasonable timeframe. For gift purchases, if a refund is not preferred, we can issue store credit for the value of the returned item.

Damaged or Defective Items:

If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately upon receipt. We will work with you to resolve the issue promptly, either by providing a replacement or issuing a refund.
